The InSOLVEncy Company, part of the Sumer Group, has been shortlisted for The Dream Team category at this year’s Notty Awards.

This year’s awards attracted nearly 700 nominations, highlighting the strength and diversity of businesses operating across the region.
The InSOLVEncy Company is one of five companies listed as finalists in this category, a major achievement. The team supports individuals and businesses through insolvency, restructuring and business recovery, helping clients find a positive way forward during challenging times.
Over the past year, the firm has successfully brought two teams together under one structure following its acquisition by Monahans, part of the Sumer Group, in August 2024. This transition has strengthened collaboration, consistency and client service across the region.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 20 November at Sandy Park Stadium in Exeter.
