Gareth has worked in the industry for over 20 years and was once Operations Director for a large Insolvency practice. After interacting with many ill-advised clients, he was inspired to qualify as an IP and advise clients himself. In his spare time, Gareth is a member of Taunton Round Table, regularly raising money for local charities.

Stephanie has worked as a Business Adviser for several government funded organisations and is passionate about business development. Having worked with many struggling businesses, Stephanie now uses her experience to empower clients to see beyond the stigma associated with financial difficulty.

Stacey’s main area of expertise is assisting directors of companies facing financial difficulties. She has dealt with companies of differing sizes in a large range of industries. Stacey also has experience assisting individuals struggling with personal debt.

Cécile has a Degree in Corporate and Administrative Management. She has international experience and was working for a large consulting firm dedicated to financial services, in London. She is also triligual speaking French, Spanish and English.

Monika has experience as a business owner and used to run her own cleaning company. She used to be a deputy manager in a residential home, and has NVQs in Health Care. Monika also speaks Polish, and was a translator in the past.

The Insolvency Company is a fully licensed Insolvency Practice offering debt advice. Our in-house Insolvency Practitioner is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3), and is a fellow member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

The Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) are a membership body recognised for the purposes of authorising (licensing) Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) under the Insolvency Act 1986. They are the only one of the recognised bodies that focus solely on insolvency.

The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) is active in raising awareness with individuals and businesses on the key benefits in obtaining financial advice and providing greater information to wider audiences.
