Important Update: Monahans Insolvency to be Known as The Insolvency Company
We are excited to share an important update regarding our insolvency services. As you may know, Monahans part of The Sumer Group acquired The Insolvency Company in August 2024. Monahans already had an established and well-respected insolvency team.
To build on the strengths of both teams, we are integrating under one name: The Insolvency Company, a trading style owned by Monahans Professional Services Limited.
What This Means for You
1. Same Team, Expanded Expertise
The Insolvency Company will now be a larger team, incorporating all our insolvency professionals with team members across the South and West. You’ll continue working with the same trusted professionals, now strengthened by a larger team.
2. New Branding, Same Professionalism
Our brand will now align with Monahans and The Sumer Group. It will feature an updated visual identity while maintaining the high standards and service you expect.
3. Updated Contact Details
Our new central email address will be [email protected]. All existing @Monahans email addresses will still work, but the team will also have @theinsolvencycompany email addresses, so you will start receiving emails from this address.
4. Consistent Phone Numbers
Regional direct dials remain the same.
For any general insolvency queries, please call 01823 216156.
5. Flexible Meeting Locations
With team members now in Bristol, Swindon and Taunton, as well as offices across the South and West, we are happy to meet you at a location convenient to you for face-to-face discussions.
From Monday, 10th March, our insolvency teams will operate as one under The Insolvency Company brand.
Our website and social media channels will reflect this transition, and insolvency enquiries through the Monahans website will be directed to The Insolvency Company website where your usual contacts will pick the enquiries up.
It may take a few weeks for all team profiles to appear on the new website, but rest assured that familiar faces such as Steve, Alison, Paul, Craig, and Dulcimer will all be included.
We are also upgrading our internal systems to IPS Cloud, the latest insolvency software, ensuring we provide the most efficient and high-quality service possible.
We appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to continuing to assist you under our new identity. If you have any questions, please contact Gareth Buckley, Steve Elliott, or Stephanie Buckley.
