Company Voluntary Arrangement

A CVA is a process that is suitable where the core business is profitable. This is a legally binding arrangement between your business and its creditors to allow the company to continue trading. It can involve a percentage of the company debt being written off.

The Directors will remain in full control of the company and are protected from any legal action from the creditors included in the CVA provided the terms of the arrangement are met.
